产品用途:
用于通过碳源和氨基酸的利用对酵母菌进行分类
使用说明:
称取本品6.71g溶于100ml蒸馏水或去离子水中,加入5g葡萄糖或等量的其他碳源和1-10mg需要的氨基酸,微温溶解,过滤除菌,制成10倍浓缩液,2-8℃保存。无菌环境下,使用无菌移液器移取0.5ml上述浓缩液于4.5ml无菌蒸馏水中,混合均匀,备用。
