TBST 缓冲液是生物学中常使用的等渗缓冲盐溶液，主要用于 Western Blot 实验中洗去膜上非特异性结合的抗体等试剂。由 Tris-HCl 构成稳定的 PH 缓冲体系，NaCl 提供等渗条件，Tween-20 作为去污剂可增加缓冲液的洗脱能力。

1×TBST缓冲液成分为： 10mM Tris-HCl，150mM 氯化钠，Tween-20 ，0.05%（V/V）。

使用方法：

1、每袋粉剂和0.5ml Tween-20混合可配制成1000ml 的1×TBST缓冲液。

2、配制时用去离子水或双蒸水作为溶剂。

3、取出包装袋中的全部粉剂溶于800ml 的去离子水或者蒸馏水中，定容至1000ml。

4、使用前加入0.5ml Tween-20 混匀。
