使用说明:
称取本品45.5g于1L蒸馏水或去离子水中,加热煮沸至完全溶解,分装,121℃高压灭菌15分钟,冷却至50℃,每100ml培养基中添加1支0.5mg氯化血红素溶液(货号:
LA4532)和1支0.1mg维生素K1溶液(货号:
LA4531)。混匀,备用。
