用于配置血琼脂
【配制方法】
称取本品44g于1L蒸馏水或去离子水中,加热煮沸溶解,分装,121℃高压灭菌15分钟,冷却至55℃左右,加入7%-10%无菌脱纤维羊血,混合后迅速在每个无菌平皿中加入约10ml-20ml,凝固后备用。
