5%BSA 封闭液(Blocking Buffer)适用于 Western Blotting、ELISA 以及免疫组化实验中非特异性蛋白结合 位点的封闭。封闭后，可以减小后续的一抗或二抗等和载体的非特异性结合，降低背景，增强信噪比，以达 到理想的显色效果。

使用方法： 本产品为即用型，无需稀释。封闭步骤中加入足够量的 BSA 封闭液充分覆盖载体表面，振荡封闭，封闭 时间依据实验而定，一般室温封闭半小时至 1 小时，然后进行抗体孵育等后续操作。

注意事项： 通常在室温封闭 60 分钟即可。对于一些背景非常高的抗体，可以 4℃封闭过夜。 为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。
